OVER-ALL PURPOSE OF JOB

The Sales Associate in a lending company is responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting loan products, guiding applicants through the lending process, and helping the company achieve its sales targets. FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and reach out to potential customers who may need financial support from our products we offer.
• Promote and explain the company loan products and services.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and conversion rates.
• Follow up on leads and referrals provided by marketing or generated through fieldwork.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all required documents are collected.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding application status, repayments and renewals.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries of concerns promptly.
• Ensure all applications and customer records are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in verifying client details and assessing eligibility based on basic credit checks or pre-screening criteria.
• Coordinate with the credit and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan processing.
• Maintain a daily log of customer interactions, applications, and follow ups.
• Prepare and submit activity and sales reports to supervisors.
