Duties and Responsibilities

A. Customer Service and Sales

1. Assist customers with product inquiries, product selection, and purchasing concerns.

2. Provide accurate information regarding product prices, availability, and promotions.

3. Maintain a courteous and professional approach when dealing with customers.

4. Assist in promoting products and meeting assigned sales targets, when applicable.

B. Cashiering and Transactions

1. Process customer purchases and payments accurately.

2. Handle cash and other authorized payment methods in accordance with company procedures.

3. Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.

4. Count and reconcile cash at the end of the shift and report any discrepancies immediately.

5. Safeguard cash, receipts, and other accountable documents entrusted to the employee.

C. Store Operations and Inventory

1. Arrange and replenish products on shelves and displays.

2. Check product availability, condition, and price labels.

3. Assist in receiving, counting, and recording incoming stocks.

4. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and cashiering area.

5. Report low stocks, damaged items, discrepancies, and other store concerns to the immediate supervisor.

D. Live Selling and Promotions

1. Participate in live selling through the company's designated social media platforms when needed.

2. Present products, explain product features, and respond to customer questions during live sessions.

3. Assist in preparing products and promotional materials for live selling.

4. Coordinate with the assigned personnel regarding orders, pricing, and product availability.

5. Assist in other promotional activities as reasonably required.

III. Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college-level education is an advantage.
