Job summary

AL ASSAL MANPOWER, INC. is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager/Supervisor with at least 4 years of experience in Retail/Wholesales/Merchandising and Distributor companies. The role supports the Sales Manager in overseeing operations, provides training, and helps in strategy and target achievement.

The candidate will collaborate with marketing and customer service teams, engage in outside selling, and handle customer accounts, marketing activities, and deal negotiation to grow sales.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
• Must have work experience in wholesales/retail/merchandise and distributor companies. Must know how to drive cars with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Sales Manager in overseeing sales operations, providing training, tracking performance, and assisting in strategy development to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with other departments, like marketing and customer service, to boost sales and address customer concerns. With experience in outside selling/marketing.
• Handling customer accounts, doing marketing and presenting product features and benefits, negotiating deals, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
