We are looking for a talented and motivated individual eager to learn about digital advertising, sales, and strategy through an internship program that combines relevant training with hands-on experience.
As a Sales & Strategy Intern, you will work closely with the Sales and Strategy teams, assisting in client outreach, developing proposals, and supporting client pitches. You may also attend client meetings, internal discussions, and company activities to gain exposure to how digital advertising solutions are developed and brought to market.
The ideal candidate is organized, curious, detail-oriented, and willing to take on a variety of tasks while learning on the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Assist in identifying and researching potential leads for sales outreach.
- Help gather and organize lead information for proper documentation and database management.
- Support the Sales team in preparing materials for client outreach and business growth initiatives such as EDMs or conversation decks.
Research & Insights
- Assist in gathering information relevant to proposals and strategic presentations, including audience behavior, market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights.
- Conduct basic research on brands, industries, platforms, and emerging digital trends.
- Organize research findings into clear and useful summaries for the Sales and Strategy teams.
Proposal & Presentation Development
- Assist in creating and formatting proposal decks, client presentations, roadshow decks, and other sales and strategic materials.
- Help organize information, develop slide content, source supporting data, and ensure presentations are accurate and complete.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain and organize internal files, proposal directories, databases, and trackers as needed.
- Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the Sales or Strategy team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in a business-related course (e.g., Business/Operations Management, Marketing, etc.).
- For required internship applications: Endorsement from the partner college or university.
- For voluntary internship applications: Letter of Intent.
- Active listening skills and willingness to accept constructive criticism to improve work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadline proximity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva and Google Suite applications
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work setup: Flexible depending on the student's schedule (at least twice a week)
- Office address: Unit 804, 8/F BDO Equitable Tower, 8751 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.
- Fulfillment of agreed-upon hours (ranging from 20-600 hours) or the number of hours required by the university.
- Interns are required to provide their own laptops; however, the company may provide one upon request and availability.
- An allowance will be provided upon the conclusion of the internship.
- Each intern will be assigned one (1) manager to supervise them throughout the program.
- Interns are expected to adhere to regular work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
