Job summary

Philippine Dragon Media Network Corp. in Makati is seeking a Marketing Intern to assist in planning campaigns across digital and offline channels. You will help create materials, write captions, and conduct market research while supporting social media and event activities.

The role requires current enrollment in a related Bachelor's degree, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. On-site role with exposure to both digital and traditional marketing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Help create marketing materials, graphics, presentations, and promotional content.
• Assist in writing captions, copy, and other marketing communications.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
• Support social media management by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
• Monitor and compile campaign performance data and prepare basic reports.
• Assist in organizing marketing events, promotions, and brand activations.
• Help maintain marketing files, assets, and documentation.
• Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or other related fields. (Preferred but not required.)
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in marketing, branding, and content creation.

Nice-to-have (optional)

• Basic photography or video editing skills.
• Experience managing personal or school social media pages.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Google Analytics.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI) is an advantage.
