Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across social platforms.
• Create marketing content including graphics, captions, reels, short videos, podcasts, and stories; edit photos/videos.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, webinars, and on-ground activations.
• Support marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels; coordinate with teams and vendors.
• Maintain content calendars, assets, and campaign trackers; organize files and documentation.
• Provide administrative support and data consolidation for reports.

Join us as a Marketing & Social Media Intern and gain hands‑on experience in content production, brand engagement, campaign execution, and event marketing.

This role is ideal for students looking to build practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, and creative storytelling within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms
• Monitor accounts and engage with audiences through comments and messages
• Track basic performance metrics and support social media reporting

Content Creation & Editing

• Support creation of marketing content including graphics, captions, reels, short videos, podcasts, and stories
• Assist in editing photos and videos for social media and marketing materials
• Help develop copy for social posts, email campaigns, and promotional content

Events & Activation Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, webinars, and on-ground activations
• Prepare event materials such as presentations, registration forms, and promotional assets
• Provide logistical and administrative support before, during, and after events

Marketing Campaign Support

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for deliverables
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience insights

Marketing Operations Support

• Update and maintain content calendars and campaign trackers
• Organize marketing files, creative assets, and documentation
• Monitor task timelines, deadlines, and project deliverables
• Support data consolidation for reports and presentations
• Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, Google Workspace, or project management platforms is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
