Job summary

MEGASMARTONE INC. in Manila is seeking a fresh graduate or student for an in-office, full-time internship. You will handle inbound inquiries, maintain records, and use structured talk tracks to generate leads while staying updated on the catalog, prices, and promotions.

Successful candidates are undergraduates with 300 internship hours, highly organized, bilingual in English and Tagalog, and proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business, Marketing, Communication, Operations, or related fields.
• Must complete a minimum of 300 internship hours.
• Exceptional organization with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog, with strong interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Address inbound inquiries from clients and provide clear, helpful solutions.
• Maintain records of telephone interactions, client feedback, and orders.

Qualifications:

• Capable of completing a minimum requirement of 300 internship hours.
• Exceptionally organized with a strong eye for detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be bilingual in English and Tagalog, demonstrating exceptional fluency, articulate verbal phrasing, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Skilled in using productivity software like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Compensation: ₱100.00 daily allowance
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Work Mode: In-office setup
