Job summary

A local technology solutions provider is seeking a Sales Agent with at least 1 year of BPO experience to manage inbound and outbound sales calls. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and be willing to work on-site during night shifts in Alabang, Muntinlupa. You will be responsible for converting inquiries into sales while ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction. This is a full-time position with performance bonuses and health benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Agent in a BPO setting.
