RTSY Recruitment OPC is looking for motivated and hardworking Motorized Sales Agents for deployment in Baliwag, Bulacan. The position involves field sales activities, customer engagement, and promoting assigned products or services within designated areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Visit prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Explain product features, offers, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Generate sales leads and identify potential customers within the assigned area.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide proper assistance.
• Submit required sales, field activity, and accomplishment reports.
• Use own motorcycle for assigned field activities and client visits.
• Coordinate regularly with the assigned supervisor regarding sales activities and concerns.
• Perform other sales-related field duties as assigned.
