Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management or marketing services.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and vendor management skills.
• High attention to detail and branding consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in consolidation, analysis, and preparation of nationwide marketing reports to support business planning and market analysis.
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day marketing support activities for timely service delivery.
• Monitor and ensure compliance of Distributor Agreements, Fertilizer Supply Agreements, Forward Stocking Agreements, Credit Facility Agreements, and manpower provider agreements.
• Coordinate with manpower agencies on hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and documentation for Agronomists and Field Research Assistants.
• Track distributor agreements, collateral documents, and other records to ensure completeness and validity.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with government regulations and support document preparation/submission for FPA product registration.
• Coordinate with Marketing Group, Warehousing, and Accounting on stock deliveries, pricing updates in D365, and billing for institutional accounts.
• Prepare and distribute price bulletins and encode pricing information in D365 accurately.
• Recommend process improvements and provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Services Manager.
• Supervise assigned personnel and ensure marketing services activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within timelines.
