Responsibilities

• Prepare all ingredients for the day.
• Organize stocks and ensure FIFO procedure is followed.
• Weigh and record individual ingredients for wastage tracking.
• Make the inventory of all the ingredients.
• Follow proper standards and procedures in preparation of food ingredients.

Education

College level, preferably with subjects related to Food Preparation
