Job summary

TATA Consultancy Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an meticulous healthcare data entry specialist to support pharmacovigilance activities.

The role requires accurate data coding, entry, and case documentation in safety systems. The ideal candidate holds RN, RPh, or Life Sciences degree, with a minimum of 3 years in healthcare and at least 2 years in pharmacovigilance, plus strong computer literacy and database skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Pharmacist (RPh), or Life Sciences graduate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• At least 2 years of Pharmacovigilance experience.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in database systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare source documents and accurately enter key data elements into the Enterprise Imaging Application to facilitate transfer to the Safety System.
• Perform initial data entry of cases in the BioConnect system.
• Conduct "Book-In" activities for new cases, including appending additional information or documents as they are received.
• Access cases in Argus and perform data coding, data entry, and review activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all case-related information is processed in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
