Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to support drug safety and pharmacovigilance operations, focusing on safety case processing and accurate handling of safety information. Pharmacy or Nursing graduates with 1–2 years in safety case processing are preferred.

• Pharmacy graduates are required; candidates may apply with or without an active professional license.
• Nursing graduates may also be considered.
• 1–2 years of experience in safety case processing within Pharmacovigilance.
• Experience working with pharmacovigilance safety databases such as:
• Veeva Safety Database and Argus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work onsite during training and follow the required hybrid setup after moving to production.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding case processing activities.
