Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a senior OSH leader to guide the organization’s Philippine OSH program. You will drive regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and emergency readiness across multiple sites, directing Safety Officers and emergency teams.

Collaborating with CRE, HR, Operations, and external agencies, you will maintain documentation, lead safety culture, and ensure 24/7 safe operations in a large corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline, with OSH-focused study.
• DOLE-recognized OSH training and certification required (SO3).
• 8+ years of OSH experience in large, 24/7 environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the OSH program across Philippine locations.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine OSH, fire and life safety regulations; conduct risk assessments and investigations.
• Oversee emergency drills, response plans, and safety training programs.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Facilities, and regulators; support inspections and reporting.
