Responsibilities

• Implement policies for project site and workplace in accordance with OSH Standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards, unsafe working conditions, and practices.
• Ensure that all workers wear proper protective equipment.
• Coordinate and conduct safety training programs for employees to raise awareness about safety protocols, emergency procedures, and accident prevention.
• Prepare work permit for project site
• Prepare job hazard analysis, risk assessment and safety program.
• Attend safety meetings at the project site.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, incidents, and corrective actions taken.
• Develop emergency response plans and procedures, conduct drills, and ensure readiness to respond to emergencies effectively.
• Performs such other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• College graduate
• Completed at least 40hrs of COSH and BOSH
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site-based safety management.
• Experienced in conducting daily safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and accident investigations.
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and applicable laws
