Job summary

ASIAPRO MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE in the Philippines is seeking a qualified quality assurance professional to conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control across all factory stations, including mixing, baking, and packaging.

This onsite role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO, with focus on ensuring safe floors and proper PPE like gloves, masks, hairnets, and beard covers.

Qualifications

• Functional knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO.
• Proficiency in identifying hazards related to high-speed packaging machines, conveyors, and industrial ovens.
• Experience in maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control for every station in the factory (e.g., mixing, baking, packaging).
• Perform daily or weekly walkthroughs to ensure floors are dry and machine guards are in place.
• Ensure staff wear proper gear for safety and food purity (gloves, masks, hairnets, beard covers).

• Functional knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO.
• Proficiency in identifying hazards related to high-speed packaging machines, conveyors, and industrial ovens.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control for every station in the factory (e.g., mixing, baking, packaging).
• Perform daily or weekly walkthroughs to ensure floors are dry (slip prevention) and machine guards are in place.
• Ensure all staff are wearing proper gear—not just for their safety (gloves/masks), but also for food purity (hairnets/beard covers).
