Job summary

R. R. ENCABO CONSTRUCTORS INCORPORATED is seeking a Safety Officer to oversee all safety and health programs at multiple sites. The role involves advising on safety matters, building and maintaining safety documentation, and ensuring procedures are followed across worksites.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years’ related experience, with certification in occupational health and safety standards. This is a full-time on-site role in Brgy. Santa Maria, Bulacan.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in related position.
• Certification from occupational health and safety standard.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and advise on all Safety and Health programs.
• Guide and advise on safety related matters.
• Define and monitor the implementation of the Safety System on a continuous basis.
• Draft and explain safety documentation (Safety Manuals, procedures, loss prevention program).
• Ensure at various work sites that the safety procedures are applied.
• Conduct Toolbox Meetings every day or as required.
• Coordinate with Timekeeper regarding manpower/workers.
