Job summary

R. R. ENCABO CONSTRUCTORS INCORPORATED seeks a Safety Officer to lead and coordinate safety and health initiatives on site.

You will define, implement, and monitor the Safety System across multiple work sites, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and documentation. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in a related position, with certification in occupational health and safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and advise on Safety and Health programs.
• Have overall responsibility for guiding and advising on safety-related matters.
• Define and monitor the implementation of the Safety System on a continuous basis.
• Draft and explain safety documentation (Safety Manuals, procedures, loss prevention programs).
• Ensure at sites that safety procedures are applied.
• Conduct Tool Box Meetings daily or as required.
• Coordinate with the Timekeeper regarding manpower/workers.

JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Able to coordinate and advising on all Safety and Health programs
2. Having over-all responsibility for guiding and advising on safety related matter
3. Defining and monitoring the implementation of the Safety System on a continuous basis
4. Having responsibility to draft and explain the safety documentation (Safety Manuals, procedures, loss, prevention program etc.,)
5. Ensuring at various work sites that the safety procedure is being applied
6. Conducts Tool Box Meeting everyday or as required.
7. Coordinate with the Timekeeper regarding manpower/ workers.
