Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a GDS Application Developer in Manila to develop and support applications used by Travel Consultants. You will convert Sabre Scribe code to modern Sabre Red apps while collaborating with teams to enhance functionality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a travel agency or corporate travel management.
• 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining GDS scripts or applications.
• 3+ years of experience using GDS systems, specifically Sabre.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Flexibility to work half of a shift during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Sabre scripting and Sabre Red App functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for application maintenance.
• Coordinate implementation and testing of new customers.
• Test and document application functionality.
• Manage product support for cases including product breakdowns.
