Job summary

RealPage is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support Leasing & Rents and Document Management workflows. You will manage multiple client implementations, ensure compliant document intake, and configure systems for accurate data and integrations across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Word.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with internal business partners.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure deliverables are met.
• Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
• Ensures all client documents are received in accordance with departmental policies, legal requirements and customer specifications prior to starting implementation
• Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of complex data and multi system integrations
• Maintain advanced knowledge of each product for which they are responsible
• Accurately forecast activation dates and manage implementation appropriately to meet release dates
• Conduct review with domestic consultant prior to release to confirm acceptance of data and configuration
• Maintain accurate records of all communication received from each client
• Update activity records timely and accurately to ensure accurate reporting and client billing
• Notify management of any complications, missing data or system defects that might delay the implementation
• Identify and assist development with resolution and enhancements to workflow, scripts, or system defects
• Perform testing on new workflow, scripts, or solutions prior to implementation
• Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and procedures
