Job summary

WebBee eSolutions private limited is seeking an Assistant Product Owner – SaaS & E-commerce Integrations. The role focuses on owning product roadmaps, performing competitor analysis, converting business problems into clear requirements, and creating user stories and wireframes.

You will collaborate with Development and QA to ensure successful delivery and drive product growth. The role emphasizes structured problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and independent work with technical teams to

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in SaaS Business Analysis, Product Analysis, APM, Implementation or similar.
• Strong structured problem-solving.
• Experience writing software requirements.
• Ability to create workflows and wireframes.
• Good stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work independently with Development and QA.
• Basic understanding of integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and ownership.
• Conduct competitor analysis and map roadmap recommendations.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Develop low-fidelity wireframes and UI workflows.
• Work closely with Development and QA to ensure delivery.
• Support product growth: onboarding, trial-to-paid conversion, feature adoption.
