Job summary

You will implement tools and dashboards to improve cost, compliance, and transparency, lead a high-performing team, and push continuous improvements across procurement processes and technology adoption.

A day in the life of...

Manage and lead IBS Tail Spend team driving selection of suppliers, tendering, negotiation, and support awarding for tail spend categories as per defined strategies and guidance, business priorities, Group policies and principles. Implement the required tools and systems to effectively manage the activities and improve cost, compliance, and transparency.

• Experience in Procurement, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering business value through effective sourcing and buying strategies.

• Solid knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office applications, and procurement/buying tools.
