Qualifications

4–6 years of production Rust experience.
Focus on concurrent and asynchronous programming.
Experience with real-time trading or FinTech is a plus; familiarity with Go, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and Docker/Kubernetes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance backend services primarily in Rust.
Build asynchronous, event-driven systems with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
Design scalable distributed systems for real-time market data and trading.
Optimise applications for latency, throughput, CPU, and memory efficiency.
Design APIs and internal communication layers.
Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
