Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust.
• Security-first mindset during system design.
• Ability to autonomously debug issues across OS, network, and application.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems including RPC, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements and constraints.
• Take complete end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries.
• Provide mentorship to other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust Rust services and libraries powering trading, payments, and crypto experiences with reliability and performance.
• Write reusable, testable code that scales across teams and supports revenue-critical systems safely.
• Collaborate on large-scale distributed systems architecture translating product requirements into resilient, low-latency solutions.
• Work with hundreds of Rust engineers in a high-performance, product-driven culture.
