Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Mid-Level RPA Engineer to design, develop, and support UiPath automation solutions across business units. You will collaborate with business and QA teams to drive scalable, secure bots.

You will implement logging, error handling, and monitor bots in production, while mentoring QA staff during capability building and hands-on UiPath training.

This role requires 2–3 years in RPA with UiPath expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation development.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath.
• Experience in debugging and supporting production bots.
• Understanding of SDLC, version control, and deployment process.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• QA or software testing experience is highly desirable, ideally with experience in test automation.
• Strong experience in: UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework, exception handling, logging, selectors, queues, and assets.

Additional Responsibilities

Training & Knowledge Transfer (KT)

The RPA Mid-Level Engineer will support capability building for the internal QA team through UiPath training and hands-on coaching.

Scope of Training

• Train QA engineers on converting manual test cases into automated workflows
• Conduct hands-on workshops covering:
• UiPath Studio development
• Test automation strategies using RPA
• Best practices in RPA-based testing
• Mentor the QA team during initial automation implementation
