Job summary

Bosph Bosch is seeking an Automation/ RPA Engineer to evaluate and implement automation across business processes. You will design, build, test, and deploy RPA bots, workflow automations, and low-code solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure scalable, maintainable implementations.

The role requires 3–5 years in automation, experience with systems like Automation Anywhere and Power Platform, plus scripting with Python/Java and API integrations. AI concepts familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in automation or digital process development.
Hands-on exposure to RPA and workflow-based solutions.
Experience with low-code/no-code tools and traditional scripting.
Solid hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere.
Background in workflow/orchestration platforms and API integrations.
Familiarity with AI-enabled automation concepts (OCR, NLP, ML) preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots and workflow automations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize process flows for simplicity and scalability.
Support or lead automation projects with adherence to timelines and budgets.
Perform UAT and support go-live and hypercare phases.
Monitor and continuously improve production automation solutions.
