Job summary

Information Professionals, Inc. seeks an RPA Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using PEGA OpenSpan and UiPath. The role involves VB.Net and VBA macro programming, with SQL database knowledge considered a plus.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts and participate in the full SDLC, delivering prototypes and unit-tested code. The candidate will document designs, estimate effort, and coordinate with vendors for resolution of issues arising during SIT and UAT,

Qualifications

• Experience as an RPA Developer using PEGA OpenSpan and UiPath.
• Proficiency in VB.Net and VBA macro programming.
• Knowledge of SQL databases is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level assessment for application system changes and inputs for user requirements.
• Collaborates with Business Analysts to provide design inputs and estimates.
• Documents system design and program specifications.
• Writes programs and codes based on approved design documents.
• Develops prototypes as needed.
• Conducts unit testing to ensure code meets design.
• Coordinates with vendors or performs own investigation of errors during SIT/UAT.
• Maintains production systems and performs fixes or enhancements.
• Follows software development lifecycle standards and performs related tasks.

Provides high level assessment for application system change requirements and technical inputs for user requirements during the preparation of impact document and business case documents

Collaborates with the Business Analyst to provide design inputs and estimates in the preparation of requirements document.

Documents system design and program specification in technical design document.

Writes programs and codes based on approved technical design document.

Develop prototypes as needed

Conducts unit testing on written codes to ensure program perform per design at the unit level.

Coordinates with vendor or conducts own investigation and resolution of errors reported during SIT and UAT.

Maintain the systems once they are up and running in production, and perform production fixes or application enhancements as needed

Performs the above function in compliance with software development lifecycle standards of the company.

Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
