Job summary

AboitizRenewables, Inc. is seeking a Right-Of-Way Supervisor to support Stakeholder Relations & Permitting, ROW, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance in acquiring land rights for ARI projects.

You will lead ROW specialists, ensure due diligence, mitigate risks, and align with project timelines while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of related experience, with a focus on governance, compliance, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, energy, or law.
• Minimum 2 years of project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with technical, engineering, and legal teams to identify and finalise routes for transmission lines and access roads.
• Identify risks throughout ROW acquisition and implement mitigation plans.
• Serve as escalation point for ROW team and provide updates to SRRLC leadership.
• Lead forums with internal resources to address risks in land documentation and titles.
• Oversee due diligence, screening, and land rights processes.
• Supervise commercial and legal risks in ROW acquisition and ensure project objectives are met transparently.
