Job summary

Motorlandia in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated debt collection officer to join our team. You will focus on improving collection performance, reducing overdue accounts, and ensuring accurate peso collections across branches.

Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues. A 4-year degree is preferred, and motorcycle driving with a valid license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• To increase collection efficiency rate.
• To increase peso collection and minimize overdue, delinquent account
• To increase collection efficiency rate for newly out accounts.
• To increase quality / good customers by conducting good CI.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of 4 year course or atleast 2nd year in college
• Analytical and detailed-oriented
• Effective communication
• High ethical standards
• Preferably know how to drive a motorcycle and with a driver’s license
