Job summary

Motorlandia seeks a disciplined Collection Officer based in Rizal to strengthen receivables management and uphold integrity in all interactions. You will oversee strategies to improve collection rates, reduce overdue balances, and maintain accurate customer records.

The role emphasizes analytical assessment of accounts, effective communication with customers, and adherence to high ethical standards. Motorcycle driving with a valid license is preferred for field duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course or at least 2nd year in college.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Effective communication skills.
• High ethical standards.
• Preferably knows how to drive a motorcycle and with a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• To increase collection efficiency rate.
• To increase peso collection and minimize overdue, delinquent account(s).
• To increase collection efficiency rate for newly out accounts.
• To increase quality / good customers by conducting good CI.
