Job summary

Fortune Life Insurance Company is seeking a Roving Branch Service Associate to manage payments, documents, and policy servicing across branches in Cebu City. You will handle cash, reports, and communications with Head Office, while representing the company at DEPED offices.

The role requires finance-related education, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently with high reliability and attention to detail in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any finance-related course (Accounting, Finance, etc.)
• With experience in cash handling and administrative work preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Handle payments, receipts, and petty cash/operating funds
• Encode, transmit, and mail applications/documents to Head Office
• Provide policy servicing and financing for DEPED accounts
• Act as custodian of company checks, funds, and properties
• Prepare reports, inventories, and transmittals (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Represent the company at DEPED Regional Office and assist agents/branch manager
• Process business permits, record and file documents
• Perform other customer service and administrative tasks as needed
