About the role

Route Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing daily route sales and delivery activities. The position supervises the route sales team, monitors customer service, ensures sales and collection targets are met, and promotes safe and compliant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor sales activities within assigned routes
• Monitor customer orders and delivery schedules
• Ensure customers are served properly and on time
• Maintain good relationships with customers and monitor customer concerns
• Monitor customer accounts and collections, ensuring collections are made within approved payment terms
• Supervise Route Salesmen, Drivers, and Helpers, assigning routes and monitoring daily activities
• Monitor competitor prices, products, and promotions and gather market information
• Prepare and submit daily route sales reports
• Ensure that route personnel follow company safety policies and LPG safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures

About you
