A reputable energy company in the Philippines is seeking a Route Sales Supervisor to oversee daily LPG delivery and sales operations. The successful candidate will manage the performance of route customers, ensure compliance with safety standards, and supervise personnel. Strong experience in sales management and route optimization is essential. This role involves conducting audits and submitting sales reports to management.
The Route Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing daily LPG delivery and sales operations across designated routes. This includes supervising personnel, optimizing route performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.
In addition to following ESGVI’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by leadership to ensure alignment with company goals, policies, and evolving business needs.
