J&T Express is seeking a Management Trainee to rotate across departments, gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end operations, performance monitoring, reporting, and process improvement.

The program emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, project involvement, and practical development in a fast-paced logistics environment. Upon successful completion, top performers may transition to a permanent management role based on business needs and performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of work experience encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages for daily business operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data management, analysis, and report preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to undergo rotational assignments across different departments.
• Willing to conduct field site visits and work in different operational environments when required.

Mansioni

• Rotational program across multiple departments for 3–6 months per rotation.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; prepare performance reports.
