PrimeGolf is seeking a Management Trainee to rotate through operations, customer service, sales and team management, aiming to develop future leaders through hands-on experience.

During the program you will support daily operations, learn SOPs, supervise staff, and help monitor performance while coordinating across departments. Fresh graduates are welcome; willingness to work shifting schedules may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With or without experience in customer service, sales, or operations.
• Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to undergo training and learn different aspects of business operations.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, responsible, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, if required.
• Willing to be assigned to different departments or locations based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth business activities.
• Undergo training across departments to understand company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Support inventory monitoring, stock control, and preparation of operational reports.
• Assist in supervising employees, assigning tasks, and monitoring staff performance.
• Learn employee scheduling, attendance monitoring, and manpower allocation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and service quality standards.
• Assist in identifying operational issues and recommending solutions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
