• Forecast sales targets and monitor performance against budgets.
• Identify high-value assets for timely sale or lease and prioritize actions.
• Maintain an accurate client database and update asset inventory.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliant transactions and timely reporting.
• Provide regular asset status reports and performance updates.
