Global Dominion Financing, Inc. in Pasig seeks a Sales Associate for Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) to market, sell, and manage the disposition of acquired assets such as foreclosed vehicles. The role focuses on disposing assets efficiently to minimize holding costs and maximize recovery value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in sales, asset management, or property sales is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in ROPA assets such as repossessed vehicles, real estate properties, or acquired assets is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling documentation and reports accurately.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
