Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Staff/Room Attendant to join our team. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas, with duties ranging from room cleaning to restocking amenities and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping in a hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Physically capable of repetitive cleaning tasks and moving loads.
• Good time management and able to meet daily targets.
• Reliability, punctuality and strong work ethic.
• Effective communication and responsiveness to feedback.
• Fluent in English to interact with guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to high standards including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising surfaces.
• Change bed linens and ensure bedding is fresh and neatly arranged.
• Restock toiletries, towels and amenities as needed.
• Empty waste and follow safety/environmental protocols.
• Maintain bathrooms and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Respond to guest requests and special cleaning needs.
