Shore360 is seeking a motivated Estimator in the Philippines to deliver accurate pricing for residential construction. You will read building plans, perform quantity take-offs using CAD, and estimate materials and labour for site-specific projects.

You will work closely with stakeholders, manage deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with estimating packages and CAD tools is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating residential construction.
• Construction industry knowledge.
• Methodical with strong attention to detail.
• Organised and accurate.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and 3D CAD models.
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong mathematical ability.

• In this role, you'll manage your own workflow, work to deadlines, and collaborate closely with other members to ensure estimates are completed accurately and efficiently.
• To succeed, you'll be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
