Job summary

MEC INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER RESOURCES INCORPORATED in the Philippines is seeking a Robotic Grinding Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will load parts into the grinding jig and start the Robotic grinding robot program, then remove finished parts and complete grinding by hand per procedure.

You will read technical drawings and check part quality using measuring tools, grind welds with an angle grinder, and finish surfaces with an orbital sander to prepare parts for painting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related role.
• Must be a high school graduate.
• Physically fit with no health restrictions.
• Experience operating robotic grinding equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic grinding robot to place parts into jig and start the program.
• Remove ground parts and finish grinding by hand per work procedures.
• Read technical drawings and inspect part quality using measuring tools.
• Grind welds with angle grinder and finish surfaces with orbital sander for painting readiness.

Job Description:

• Puts the part into the grinding jig, prepares the required abrasive and starts the Robotic grinding robot program
• Takes out the ground part and finishes the grinding by hand according to the work procedure
• Reads the technical drawings and checks the quality of the parts using measuring tools
• Grinds the welds with an angle grinder
• Smooths the surface with an orbital (vibration) sander so the part is ready for painting

Qualification:

• A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Physically fit and can work with no health restrictions
