Job summary

MEC INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER RESOURCES INCORPORATED seeks a Press Brake Operator to perform manual and robotic bending of sheet metal for casino and gaming machines. You will program the press brake (Delem, TruTops) and install punches and dies to match drawings.

Responsibilities include quality checks with vernier calipers and micrometers, and setup of Trumpf, Safan and FinnPower presses, including TruBend Cell 7000/5000 robotic systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience required.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience with manual and robotic bending is essential.

• Bend sheet metal on manual and robotic press brakes for casino and gaming machines.
• Program the press brake (Delem, TruTops) and install punches/dies per drawings.
• Check quality using measuring tools (vernier caliper, micrometer).

Job Description:

• This is a combined position – the worker will work on both manual and robotic press brakes, bending sheet metal parts for casino and gaming machines.
• Manual bending: programs the press brake (Delem, TruTops) according to the technical drawings
• Prepares and installs the punches and dies on the press brake
• Checks the quality using measuring tools (vernier calliper, micrometre)

Qualification:

• A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Press Brake Operator – manual and robotic bending (3-point bending)
• Bending sheet metal on Trumpf, Safan and FinnPower press brakes and on Trumpf TruBend Cell 7000 and 5000 robotic press brakes
