Job summary

We Hope Medical Group in Laguna operates a chemotherapy center and seeks a Registered Nurse to join as a full-time team member. You will safely prepare and administer chemotherapy, monitor patients, manage adverse reactions, and provide education and emotional support throughout treatment.

The role emphasizes infection control, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with physicians to deliver high-quality oncology care to the community in San Pablo and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse (PRC License required).
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
Clinical or hospital experience is advantageous.
Knowledgeable in inpatient care, IV insertion, and basic procedures.
Compassionate, patient-oriented, and detail-focused.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must reside in SAN PABLO.

Responsibilities

Safely prepare and administer chemotherapy and supportive meds.
Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion.
Identify and manage adverse reactions and emergencies.
Educate patients on chemotherapy, side effects, and care after treatment.
Maintain accurate nursing records and treatment documentation.
Follow infection control and cytotoxic handling protocols.
Assist physicians during procedures and patient assessments.
