Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our onsite care team in Quezon City. You will provide direct nursing care, follow medical protocols, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians to support treatment plans.

The role requires at least 6 months clinical experience, strong assessment and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexible shifts if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 6 months clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established medical protocols and policies.
• Monitor and record patients' conditions, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications and intravenous therapy safely and accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, treatments, and post-discharge instructions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain updated patient records.
• Adhere to infection control standards and promote patient safety at all times.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
