We're looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Risk Operations Coordinator to join our Compliance & Trust team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with systems, managing information and keeping things running smoothly.

You don't need to be a risk or compliance expert. We're looking for someone with strong administrative skills, initiative and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

Reporting to the Risk & Assurance Lead, you'll provide administrative and operational support across our risk, security, privacy and compliance functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate compliance records, registers and information within our systems.
• Coordinating the collection and organisation of documentation for audits and compliance activities.
• Tracking outstanding actions, deadlines and follow-ups across different teams.
• Maintaining policy registers and supporting document management.
• Administering security and compliance training platforms and monitoring completion.
• Assisting with risk registers, reporting and other compliance activities.
• Working with colleagues across the business to ensure information is accurate, current and complete.

What We're Looking For

• Strong administration and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good systems and software capability, including spreadsheets and online business platforms, with the confidence to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication and follow-through, including the confidence to follow up with colleagues, manage outstanding tasks and work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience in administration, operations, risk, compliance or governance.
• Familiarity with compliance platforms such as Drata or Vanta.
• Exposure to ISO 27001, audits or risk management processes.
• Relevant qualifications or studies in business, governance, risk or a related field.
