Job summary

Our client is the global purchasing organisation of a Group, based in Singapore. The organisation supports global purchasing and supply chain activities, including global supply chain optimisation, advanced purchasing of components for global carline projects, and procurement and supply of production materials for affiliate companies worldwide. The team is looking for an Analyst, Risk Management to support risk management, supplier monitoring, business continuity, governance, compliance, and management reporting activities across the Asia region.

About the Role

The Analyst, Risk Management will support the organisation in identifying and monitoring supplier, supply chain, business continuity, governance, and compliance risks. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers across Asia, as well as preparing reports and presentation materials for Management and Board members.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate business continuity planning (BCP) activities and supply chain mapping across the Asia region.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to gather information and support supply chain risk assessments.

• Conduct supplier-related surveys in accordance with HQ guidelines, including:

  • CMRT (Conflict Minerals Reporting Template)

  • EMRT (Extended Minerals Reporting Template)

  • Human Rights Due Diligence

  • Other risk, compliance, and sustainability-related surveys.

• Monitor and track supplier financial risks and support the development and monitoring of supplier risk ratings and dashboards.

• Analyse supplier risk information and assist in identifying potential areas of concern.

• Support the preparation of data reports, management reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for Board members and Management.

• Support global reporting activities by gathering, consolidating, and analysing relevant information.

• Assist in monitoring governance and compliance activities and ensure relevant requirements are followed.

• Coordinate with respective departments to monitor changes in Singapore legislation, assess their applicability, and identify potential business impact.

• Assist with contract management, including reviewing and coordinating revisions to Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

• Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to risk management, supplier assessments, governance, and compliance activities.

• Support other risk management and procurement governance initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Risk Management, or an equivalent discipline.

• 1–6 years of relevant experience in areas such as:

  • Risk Management

  • Management Reporting

  • Procurement Governance

  • Supplier Management

  • Supply Chain Management

  • Business Continuity

• Strong analytical and data management skills with good attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with VBA will be an added advantage.

• Candidates with exposure to supplier risk, supply chain risk, governance, compliance, or sustainability-related activities will be advantageous.
