Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity handling risk.
• Proven experience in banking, financial services, or related industries, with a strong understanding of credit risk assessment, portfolio management, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement risk policies, credit models, and stress-testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced knowledge of risk assessment tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and provide strategic guidance to both senior management and cross-functional teams.
