Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate to support the implementation and enhancement of risk governance and risk management practices across the business. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining risk frameworks, policies, and processes.

Based in Raffles Place with relocation to Punggol in Apr - May 2027, the role operates 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, on a 1-year contract.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder with interest in developing a career in risk management, governance, audit, compliance, or related disciplines.
• Experience in banking, financial services, risk management, audit, compliance, or operational risk would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of risk management principles and governance practices.
• Knowledge of consumer banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Ability to analyse information, identify risks, and support the development of practical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of risk governance and risk management practices across the business.
• Assist in the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of key risks and control-related matters.
• Prepare and coordinate risk reports, dashboards, management updates, and governance committee materials.
• Facilitate risk and control assessments, attestations, monitoring activities, and related governance exercises.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to promote effective risk management practices and regulatory compliance.
• Support investigations, reviews, reporting, and maintenance of relevant risk governance records and registers.
• Monitor emerging risks, industry developments, and regulatory changes, and support the implementation of appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Contribute to risk-related projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities as required.
