Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Risk and Compliance Specialist for the Corebridge Account in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on operational, fraud and privacy risk within insurance operations and reports to the R&C lead.

Two main objectives are protecting CRBG and Accenture by ensuring rigorous risk governance and control execution. The candidate should have 5+ years of internal auditing experience, 3+ years supervisory experience, and CPA preference.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of internal auditing experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience preferred for IC role.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience in auditing firms is preferred.
• Industry flexibility with insurance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand CRBG control environment and risk escalation policies; communicate risk incidents clearly.
• Support risk governance meetings and prep leadership messaging.
• Monitor risk remediation, testing, and control enhancements to reduce residual risk.
• Produce risk insights and reporting on trends, thresholds, and metrics.
