EAST EQUATOR EXPRESS PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Risk, Compliance & Loss Prevention Associate to support the Operations Risk & Control team. The role involves monitoring compliance, identifying risks, analyzing loss data, and implementing preventive measures across the logistics network.

You will assist in audits, data gathering, and reporting, while collaborating with Operations and support functions to strengthen process compliance, reduce losses, and promote accountability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Accountancy, Criminology, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or related fields
• Basic understanding of auditing, compliance, and operational controls
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Good documentation and report-writing skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of integrity and professionalism

Responsabilidades

• Assist in compliance reviews across hubs, stations, and facilities
• Check adherence to policies, SOPs, and controls
• Document compliance gaps, process deviations, and risks
• Gather and organize data related to incidents, claims, fraud, losses
• Assist in analyzing trends and recurring operational concerns
• Support implementation of loss prevention initiatives across the network
• Track corrective and preventive action plans from audits and investigations
• Monitor completion of action items and supporting documents
• Gather and consolidate data for compliance, risk, and loss prevention reports
• Assist in reviewing company policies, SOPs, and controls
