Job summary

Accenture leads global technology risk and cybersecurity initiatives and is seeking a Risk & Compliance Team Lead in the Philippines. You will spearhead a team of analysts, oversee audits, assess technology risks, and strengthen controls across cloud, access, and operational domains.

You’ll partner with wide-ranging technology teams, guide risk-based decision making, and drive continuous improvement while delivering high-quality outcomes for internal and external assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Audit, Technology Risk, IT Compliance, IT Controls, Cybersecurity Governance, or related areas.
• At least 2 years of Team Lead, Supervisory, or People Management experience.
• Experience leading audit, controls testing, risk assessment, or compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Risk & Compliance professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance.
• Manage the team’s delivery of audit, risk assessment, controls testing, and compliance activities.
• Review and evaluate IT General Controls (ITGC), security controls, access management, cloud controls, and operational processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across technology, security, infrastructure, and application teams to address identified risks.
• Support internal audits, external assessments, compliance reviews, and certification initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and promote risk-aware decision-making across teams.
• Monitor team performance, workload, and project deliverables to ensure quality outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with local and global stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Audit, Technology Risk, IT Compliance, IT Controls, Cybersecurity Governance, or related areas
• At least 2 years of Team Lead, Supervisory, or People Management experience
• Experience leading audit, controls testing, risk assessment, or compliance activities
• Experience working with application development, infrastructure, cloud, managed services, or cybersecurity environments
